The Search for the Giant Arctic Jellyfish
THE SEARCH FOR THE GIANT ARCTIC JELLYFISH was a great book. It did not use many colours, but that meant it had more detail and you do not really focus on the colours, more the detailed pictures. I liked the crew's hair and beards growing over the course of the quest, especially one of the crew members getting a longer beard on every page! We laughed at that! The words told a story but the pictures told an even better, more detailed story. I liked going along with the pages, eager to see what was next. I especially liked the boat, because in every room there was something interesting. We saw a couple get engaged (we think!) and the jellyfish right under their eyes the whole time. Even though the story was about the jellyfish, the illustrations took me on another journey, one about a crew and their life in the Arctic. I am a massive fan of this brilliant, extraordinary, appetising book!

The Search for the Giant Arctic Jellyfish
I really like The search for the Giant Arctic Jellyfish because it has desciptive vocabulary: words like elusive, frolic and formidable. We also like that every picture tells a different story. There is lots of depth of colour in the illustrations. I really like the cutaway illustrations of the ship because you can see what each character is doing in different rooms of the ship. The centre spread is the best because you never see the Northern lights in a book, but in this book the illustrator actually puts the Northern lights in it with the jellyfish and the crew staring up high in the sky. The page is beautiful to look at.

The Search for the Giant Arctic Jellyfish
The Search For The Giant Arctic Jellyfish is a spectacular book. Not only does it tell the story through the text, but also with the illustrations, which add a lot of extra detail and information to the story. The author really put attention to detail including the facial features of the crew members. The illustrations are stunning . I particularly love the northern lights illustration as it reminds me of when I saw them in real life. 4.9+0.1 stars out of 5!

The Tree and the River
The Tree and the River is a great illustration book for older children. It shows the past, present and future. The cool thing is the main tree is always there in every illustration. Everything changes, as does the tree, but the tree is there right to the very end. It is a heart-worming story, which I did not think was possible with no words at all. It really tells a story of change. Even without words, you can understand what's happening perfectly. I really liked it.

The Tree and the River
This book is a dystopian book for older kids showing the life of a river and a tree over time. I think it is set in the future. It has a lot of detailed illustrations and is a wordless picture book and as lots of detailed artwork inside. The book calm me and I like that the pictures allow you to make up the story without the author giving you the words.

The Midnight Panther
I think that The Midnight Panther illustrations on the front cover is very warm and they make me feel calm, relaxed. The illustrations inside of the book are very intricate and they really help show a meaning to the book. The Midnight Panther is very unique compared to others that I have read. The morale of the book is to never let anyone think for you about how you look and think about yourself not about others.

The Midnight Panther
The Midnight Panther is a book with intricate illustrations and a lot of great calming colours and with a gorgeous cover. The paragraphs are so carefully written that, that even young kids can understand! I would recommend this book to children from years 3 - 7. This book has a deep meaning behind it: you are perfect just the way you are and do not change yourself for any girl or boy. In my opinion, this is a great read for kids and adults. I rate this book a 10/10 / 5 stars!

The Midnight Panther
The book, The Midnight Panther is a really interesting book. The story is about a panther who tries to be as fearless and as dazzling as the other big cats, but he finds out that he does not need to change anything about him! The illustrations are made in a way that does not try to mimic real life, but they are made using intricate patterns, which made the book stand out to all the others in a good way. I really like the calm vibe the book gives me when I read it and the moral: no matter what others think, you are beautiful in your own way. The story is amazing, story-wise and illustration-wise!
